About
One plumber, not a call centre
Warren — the owner of City Plumbing, the voice on the phone, and the man who turns up with the tools.
Who you're hiring
The same face, from the first call to the final check
I'm Warren and City Plumbing is my business. I answer the phone, I turn up in the van, and I do the work. More than twenty years of fixing leaks, clearing drains, fitting hot water systems and looking after taps and toilets for homeowners and small businesses has taught me that people mostly want three things: someone who arrives when they say they will, a price agreed before the work starts, and a tidy job left behind.
That's harder to get from a big firm. With a large company you often see a different face on every visit, you get a quote built on sales targets, and you end up paying for the office as well as the plumbing. With me you deal with the same person from the first call to the final check — and if you ring back next year with something else, you'll get me again.
So if you've got a leak you can't track down, a drain that keeps backing up, or a hot water system that's given up, call me. I'll tell you honestly what it needs, what it will cost, and whether it's a job I take on.
How I work
Four things you can count on
- You get me, every time — no subcontractors, no different face on each visit.
- A price agreed before I start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- I arrive when I said I would, and I ring ahead if anything changes.
- I leave the place as I found it, and explain what I did in plain English.
Call me rather than a firm — you'll speak to the plumber
Ring 913-333-3333 and you're through to the person doing the job, not a booking desk. If I can't pick up because I'm under a sink, I'll call you back the same day.
