What I do
Six things, done properly
If your job is on this list, call and we'll get it booked in.
- Repairs and leaks — dripping taps, burst pipes, water where it shouldn't be, and the small faults that turn into big ones if they're left.
- Blocked drains — cleared properly the first time, with a word on keeping them clear.
- Hot water systems — repairs, replacements and servicing, to get your hot water back.
- Taps and mixers — new fittings, washers and repairs, inside and out, including outdoor taps.
- Toilets and cisterns — running, leaking, blocked, loose or broken, sorted quickly.
- General maintenance — the smaller plumbing jobs that keep a home or a small commercial property running.
That's the work I take on: domestic and small commercial repairs and maintenance. If it's a large commercial or industrial job you're after, I'm not your plumber — but call anyway and I'll point you towards someone who is.
How it works
From your phone call to the final check
- You call 913-333-3333 or email warren@warren.com and tell me what's happening. A quick bit of advice over the phone costs you nothing.
- I tell you what the job needs and what it will cost, before anything is booked in. If I'm not the right plumber for it, I'll say so.
- I turn up when I said I would, do the work, and leave the place as I found it — with the job explained in plain English.
